Why Chassis-Specific LSD Tuning Matters

Most LSDs don't come tuned for your specific chassis out of the box. Chassis weight, horsepower, and tire sizing have a direct impact on the optimal LSD settings.

Cusco, being a true racing-driven company, has engineered numerous adjustment points into their LSDs. Working with their expertise, our goal is to develop specific ZSM S30z settings for both R200 and R180 differentials.

Our Testing & Development Process

Fine-tuning LSDs is time-consuming work - the differential must be pulled from the car and opened up before making any adjustments. For this reason, we're taking it upon ourselves to go through this process and collect data on optimal settings.
