The S30Z electrical system is one of the most common pain points on these builds. Aging insulation, brittle connectors, and decades of questionable modifications add up fast. ZSM builds custom OEM-style wiring harnesses from scratch — designed specifically for the S30Z chassis and built to the standard the car deserves.
Every harness is hand-built in-house using quality wire, proper gauge sizing, and Deutsch connectors where applicable. We retain the OEM wiring architecture where it makes sense and improve it where it doesn't — the result is a harness that installs cleanly, functions reliably, and looks like it belongs in the car.
