The triple Solex carbs featured here were professionally restored by Taka at Kyusha House — who stayed up multiple nights past 3 AM helping dial in the S5 Mikuni 40s. That level of dedication shows in the results. The motor in this Z is completely original and has never been apart. The carbs bolt right on.

• Nismo Fuel Pump — correct fuel delivery for triple carb setup
• Fuel Pressure Regulator — keeps fuel pressure dialed in
• Fuel Rail — clean, purpose-built fuel distribution
• Throttle Linkage — smooth, synchronized throttle actuation across all three carbs
• Heat Shield — protects carbs from exhaust heat soak
• Exhaust/Intake Washers — laser-cut in-house by ZSM Custom to seal the mating surfaces properly

Everything Bolts On

With ZSM parts, everything you need for a triple carb install is included and uses OEM mounting locations. All OEM hardware for installation. No fabrication required on your end — this is a 1-day affair.

The Details

Even the exhaust/intake washers were laser-cut in-house. ZSM designed these specifically to help seal the mating surfaces between the carbs and the manifold — a detail most kits overlook. A more detailed breakdown of the full install is coming soon.
